Option 1 — In the app (instant)

1. Open Sovia and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Settings.
3. Tap Delete My Account and confirm.

Option 2 — By email (if you can't access the app)

Send an email with the subject “Account deletion” to support@getsovia.app from the email address registered to your account. After we verify the request, your account and data are deleted within 30 days at the latest.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, answers, favorites and symbolic photo
• Your likes, matches, messages and chat photos
• Your sign-in account (email and password)

What may be kept

• Reports made about or by you, kept for safety and to prevent abuse
• An irreversibly hashed device identifier, kept so a new account can't be created on the same device (one account per device)

3. Hesabımı Sil'e dokun ve onayla.

2. Yol — E-posta ile (uygulamaya erişemiyorsan)

Hesabına kayıtlı e-posta adresinden support@getsovia.app adresine “Hesap silme” konulu bir e-posta gönder. Talep doğrulandıktan sonra hesabın ve verilerin en geç 30 gün içinde silinir.

Neler silinir

• Profilin, cevapların, favorilerin ve sembolik fotoğrafın
• Beğenilerin, eşleşmelerin, mesajların ve sohbet fotoğrafların
• Giriş hesabın (e-posta ve şifre)

Neler saklanabilir

• Hakkında ya da senin tarafından yapılmış şikayet kayıtları (güvenlik ve kötüye kullanımı önleme amacıyla)
• Geri döndürülemez şekilde hash'lenmiş cihaz kimliği (aynı cihazda yeni hesap açılmasını önlemek için — bir cihaz, bir hesap)
